Yet again, the Google Speed Test shows 0 to 0.24 Mbs on my 4GEE router, barely enough at best to load this page. Tried many times to contact EE by phone, where you get the usual recorded message saying they are too busy, phone back later.
Promised 31Mbs when I bought this system in June, had nothing but trouble. One excuse was that the mast had been damaged for FOUR years. Said they had made repairs but still struggling to get a decent signal. TV downloads due to this are useless. Still taking the full amount of payments from me for a service that is useless.
What can be done, EE don't respond to emails, phone calls, when you do get through, they always promise to phone back the next week but NEVER do.
