Hi,

I purchased my S21 handset from EE on 20.09.21. It's arrived today and the website Purchase Details - Samsung Super September (samsungpromotions.claims) does not have an option to select EE as the place item has been brought from.

Can I Claim? - Samsung Super September (samsungpromotions.claims) does not show EE as an option too.

I've checked Get Started - Samsung Super September (samsungpromotions.claims) and I meet all their points.

Can you point me in the right direction please.
