I have an existing phone (in the US) with a physical sim (not EE) and an e sim (EE) - it’s time to replace my phone and so I want to get a replacement e sim for my existing UK number on to my new phone. In the EE app there seems to be an option to “replace eSim” and to do so on a different device (within the App settings) - is that the right way to do it ? Should I proceed to click download on the new device ? Are there instructions available to ensure I do it correctly ?

This would be the fastest way to complete this as the alternative would be to order a replacement QR code. If you were to start the process you should be given a guide to follow.
