UNABLE TO MAKE CALLS TO THE UK

I am currently visiting family in Germany. Although I have an old contract which clearly states I can use my phone abroad I am unable to ring anyone in the UK.

@MANCHESTERROSE did you enable roaming on your account ?  Are you putting 44 or +44 instead of the 0 at the start of the number?
