I want to email someone to tell them I no longer want to be with EE. Anyone know how to do this as the web site just takes you to a dead end?

Hi @neilsurf
You need to call EE CS on 150 and give 30 days notice.
You may need to pay off any remaining contract term.
Thanks

Every time I want to call the call centre is closed. I want an email address to send my notice

Hi @neilsurf
There is no email.
You need to call within working hours as per my signature.
Thanks

You may write to them giving your notice of cancellation at:
EE Customer Services
6 Camberwell Way
Sunderland
Tyne and Wear
SR3 3XN
United Kingdom
Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.
Your 30-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.

@neilsurf if you wish to retain your number when leaving text PAC to 65075 you will be sent a PAC code once you have given the code to your new provider & your number is transferred your account will be automatically terminated and a final bill will be produced within 7 working days as @Northerner mentioned you could be subject to termination charges if your still within your minimum term.
