I want to email someone to tell them I no longer want to be with EE. Anyone know how to do this as the web site just takes you to a dead end?

Hi @neilsurf

You need to call EE CS on 150 and give 30 days notice.

You may need to pay off any remaining contract term.

Thanks

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Every time I want to call the call centre is closed. I want an email address to send my notice
