I ordered an upgrade but no phone has arrived

Hello, 

 

I ordered an upgrade on 29th April. iPhone SE, order number: xxxxxxxxxxxx

 

It was due to arrive the next day, 30th April. I’ve still not received my new phone and have no received any additional email or text correspondence, except the initial “thanks for your order” email on the day I placed the order. 

Payment was taken from my bank account (on the 30th April). 

Please could you give me an update on my order.

Have you received another email from EE with your tracking number on and confirmation your order has been processed?

 

Can you let me know which size and colour variant of the iPhone SE you ordered? I can check the stock levels for you and estimated dispatch.

I’ve not received any further emails, including no tracking number. The money has been taken from my account.

I ordered a white iPhone SE 64GB white. It said it was in stock when I placed the order and that it would be delivered the next day via superfast delivery with a company called enjoy.

Your device will be with Enjoy already. Have you had any information from them to confirm your appointment?

 

You can contact them directly on 0800 079 0156 regarding your Enjoy superfast delivery service.
