I used to have an Apple Watch, but I do not use it any more.  How can I remove the watch plan, which seems to be costing me 17 pounds a month, from my account, please? Thank you.

Where did you purchase the #apple Watch?

 

Was it on a contract for 12 months?

 

Have you gone past the 12 months?

Hello Brendon, I was given the watch by the EE store when I upgraded my iPhone to 11, but the watch broke, and I was not happy with Apple's service about its repair, I abandoned the watch.  I see, it could have been on a 12 month contract...

Welcome to the community 🙂

 

Our customer care team will be able to accept your notice of cancellation over the phone.

 

They will also be able to let you know if there are any early termination fees if you are still in contract with the Apple iWatch.
