I haven't received My upgrade

I paid for next day delivery and have not received a text or a email about anything and still have no received my phone where as my sister. Got it the next day and was not charge delivery

@Gbill98   Did you order over the phone ? If you did you’ll be charged next day delivery. If you order online you are not charged.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes i did it over the phone but still haven’t received my phone

If you don't receive your phone today, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team in the morning so they can check what is happening for you.
