Hi, I am unable to view videos I have recorded on my phone.
I have checked to see if I need an update, but I'm already updated.
I can view videos sent to me by WhatsApp, but not ones that I've recorded myself.
Can someone give advice please?
Thank you.

My screen goes blank then goes back to the main picture gallery menu.

Thanks @Neens86.
Have you been able to view these videos before?
If you save videos from WhatsApp, can you view them on your phone?

Yes, I can view them on WhatsApp, and my boyfriend sends my videos back to me so it then saves onto my phone. It's not ideal but it's a temporary solution.

Thanks @Neens86
I'd recommend possibly trying an android forum to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue.
The next step that I could suggest would be a factory reset.
