Hi,
I have lost my phone and need to block it and a new sim.
Ive called them number you advise and it says offices are closed.
How can I get through to you guys been trying since Sunday?

Hello,I have lost my phone as of such I am unable to call the number provivded. I understand your stores are closed but I do expect to be able to cancel my sim card and order a new one. How shall I proceed.
