I am having problems accessing ee perks portal

I have registered for ee perks but keeps telling me my account has been deactivated because I haven't verified my account in time, so I need to re register. I try to re register and it says that my email address is already registered. I have called EE 150 several times and they cannot help. 

How do I resolve this?

I am trying to log into the perks portal but it won’t accept my log in details and it won’t send me a password reset email. Can you help please?

Can you confirm if you have ever been able to log in to your account?

 

If yes, have you checked your Spam/Junk folder?

Yes I have logged in before and I have checked my junk folder but no email

I too am having problems! Was asked to verify my account (had account for two years).

Unfortunately, I used my work email address, but have discovered that I do not have access to email (it's an email address for access to the intranet only).Tried to access perks again without success, spoke to a very helpful guy on 150, but after speaking with tech support, came back and told me to speak to my HR.

There MUST be something EE can do to help with this!?!?

Hi. I am having trouble opening the ee  perks portal. When I try renew my password they don’t send me an email.

Have you checked your junk/spam folder for the email?

 

Are you requesting the email to be sent to your work email address?
