Still awaiting upgrade handset??

Hi, I placed an order for an upgrade mid last month. I keep getting emails to say you are awaiting stock, I've tried to contact you to see if I can change the handset as it appears stock isnt coming anytime soon, but can never get through. Any advice on how to get to speak with someone??

If you give us a call on 150, the team will look into the order for you and let you know what device is available if you would like to change the order.
