Anyone else had issues with trade-in process after an early upgrade?
Second time in a row my returned handset has magically disappeared. Couldnt find my postal receipt the first time and got charged over £300 on the xmas eve.
This time it's £165 im being threatened with. Have the postal tracking.
Sick and tired of it. And don't see why customers have to phone Brightstar or Likewize either. Im EE's customer, i pay EE - get your act together.
The live chat is pathetic. People at the other end just keep telling you to go to Brightstar. Phone UK customer services and they tell you its Likewize.
If EE don't know then what chance is there of resolving it??

@Scottyf79 Your right you are an EE customer and part of your new contract is trading in your device with brightstar and you agreed to do just that.

What did Brightstar say when you spoke to them? Hopefully they can find the package.
