Insurance excess fee

Hi I had to replace my phone last week and just received my bill and noticed that the excess fee is short. According to the fee checker it should be £120 but only charged £100. My phone is the s21 ultra 5g.

@dhaworth33 your insurance documents will say what you should be paying.

It says 120 that's why I was ask
