I have just upgraded to the Samsung a52s which included an xbox series s as a gift. I have received the phone today but no information about the xbox. Anyone have any ideas on how I claim it please?

I've sent you a pm. But can see you are offline. I guess I will still be waiting. Waiting for a text, waiting for a response and waiting to for someone at 150 to pick up the phone. I wish I could upgrade with EE without there being an issue. Last 2 upgrades have been as bad😭

Hello,
I don't want to be the crazy complaining person!
But is it asking too much to get a confirmation text! So I waited 16 days to get a text with delivery confirmation but didn't receive anything after I order a new phone contract that comes with an Xbox s. So I decided to call 150 they said that I need to wait for another 15 to 30 days to get my Xbox s delivered to my home.
Now 8 days have passed since I talked with 150 ( customer service) and didn't get any delivery text or any email.
Do I need to call 150 again to tell me that I need to wait for another 15 to 30 days to get my Xbox s?

Hi, I have received my Xbox but no message to validate the game pass. It appears my preferences were set to no marketing messages, so I suspect that I may have not received the relevant message. How do I go about getting my activation information now please?
