Xbox series s offer

Hi I updated my phone on the 25th November to include the Xbox series s. However I have had no confirmation of it and it does not show on any of my bills/upgrade emails/accounts anywhere. I'm reading that I should have got a text message within 5 working days but have received no response at all. How can I confirm that it will be sent to me. Many thanks.
