Hello,
I ordered new home broadband. And got an email for the next step.
The information in the next step email shown that I will receive the "Bright Box wireless router", and "broadband and home phone including any call add-ons will be activated on 22 April 2020".
Is that meaning that I will receive the router on 22 April 2020?
I saw the "Order Tracking" button in the email, but I didn't know my order number.
What should I do to know my order number for Order Tracking?

You should receive your router before the activation date.
Could you check your junk/spam folder for an email with your order number?
