Upgrading an Apple Watch plan to a data only plan

My 2 year Apple Watch contract ends this month and a i do not wish to upgrade my watch and instead would like to switch to a data only plan. 

How do I do this as the website will not let me?

If you contact 150 and select the option to leave EE they will be able to help you.
