Upgrade dispatch

Hi,

 

I ordered an upgrade Thursday last week, however, I haven’t received any email/message to say it has been dispatched yet? Said it was in stock when I ordered.

What phone have you ordered?

 

Did you pay an upfront cost for the phone?

 

Also, can you check your junk/spam folders to see if the confirmation email has been sent to you and ended up in there?

Hi, 

 

I received an email from EE confirming order at the time, however, nothing since to say it’s on the way/been dispatched.

It was the iPhone 7, no upfront cost, £34 a month.

Black iPhone 7, 32gb. 

£34 per month, nothing upfront, 10gb data. 

As I say I have an email from the 1st April confirming the order from EE, but nothing since.
