Hi I am not receiving my password reset email for my EE perks account, can you help please?

Have you checked your junk/spam folders?
You might need to call EE CS on 150 about this issue.

Have you been able to follow the advice provided and check in both your Spam/Junk folders?
If yes, have you found your password reset email?
