Lukebrad

When sending a claim and receiving a new phone, does the old one have to be inside of the box ready for the driver?

Hi @Lukebrad.

Welcome to the community.

When receiving a new phone as part of an insurance claim, you don't need to have it in the original box.

Hope this helps.

@Lukebrad   You have to hand it to the driver so the sooner it’s done the sooner the driver can go.  Backup the device via iCloud or iTunes on a pc and you can restore your new device from that back up.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Yes I know I have to hand it to the driver but does the device need to be in the original box?
