I have two sim only plans with EE, I ported my number over and filled the form in for my wife’s number tonight.
I used the EE phone number for the sim she will have, her PAC from Three and then my wife’s account details (Name, Email etc) on the final screen.
Then I was told it would take up to 5 working days and she would receive an email.
so far we haven’t received anything, should I have used my details in the final step (as the EE account holder)?

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team about this.
They will be able to access your account, and give you an update on the number port.
