Hi,
I hope you are all keeping well.
I currently have an iPhone 12 Pro and hopefully moving to an iPhone 13 Pro Max on Friday. For the first time this year I moved to an eSIM and I am just wondering how do I move the eSIM to the new device?
Is it just the same process I did for a new eSIM…logging into EE app and requesting a new/replacement eSIM?
If the process is the same as getting a new once can I do it in advance and have it ready to download for Friday?
Thanks for your help.

@J0n When you originally moved to the eSIM you had a Sim card in your device and information from the Sim card got moved to the esim when you use the QR code and unless EE adopts apples way of moving eSIM to eSIM then you’re going to need a new Sim card with your number on it and then require a new QR codes to move the information from the Sim card to your eSIM.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply, I never used a QR code. I simply downloaded the eSIM from the EE app. Is it not possible to do this again on the new phone?

Yes, it is the same process and you can do it in advance.
