Renaming Esim and SIM

I recently added an eSIM to my phone and couldn't see how to label the eSIM and SIM as I wanted, i.e. to choose the names myself. 

The two SIMs work fine, but I would like to rename the 'labels'. How can I do this please?

It's an iPhone 13 PRO.
