Haven’t received order confirmation

Hi, I haven’t received my order confirmation. Delivery was supposed to be today 6-8pm but haven’t had a text or order confirmation.

@Lorendunford   If you’ve not had a order confirmation that includes a XKO number than you don’t have an order to be sent to you. How did you order this ?

Hi Chris,

No it didn’t come. I called and spoke with someone who said it will be delivered today (Monday) instead, however I still haven’t receive a confirmation email and have not yet received a delivery text. I read online you are supposed to get a delivery text the day before delivery and on the day of delivery a text to arrange your time slot which I haven’t received. So I don’t have high hopes for my phone arriving today..
