Resolved! Upgrade directly with EE

Hi I have just upgraded using my EE account which worked well. My previous contract was with Carphone Warehouse-do I need to let them know I have now upgraded directly with EE or will you let them know?

Hi I verified my Nhs email and phone no for unlimited data ! I’ve now received message asking to sign in password didn’t work ! I asked for reset but this link doesn’t work either

I still haven’t got a delivery update 6 days after ordering
