I ordered my apple watch on 12th of oct, 45 mm Stainless Steel Graphite Version. Now it is about a month I haven’t had a delivery date. Before and after the payment EE confirmed with me that it will take maximum 28 days to delivery your watch. They also told me you can get it within 2 days but it can also take maximum of 28 days (that is properly mentioned in the email). Now it is has been more than 28 days and still nothing. Kindly Advise
And also has anyone in the community received their watch?

Morning both,
We're working through back orders on a first come, first serve basis, as stock arrives. You'll receive a text message with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is available for immediate dispatch, please get in touch by calling us on 150.
Thanks.
Leanne.

@ladida Well, for me today is the 28th day and still, I have no idea when will it be available. I know that there will be some issues with the supplier but still having to wait for more than 28 days, and still having no idea about whether are you going to receive it or not, is a kind of mental pressure because you need to be available for the delivery and mostly be in town for the delivery. Thanks for your response anyways 🙂

@Leanne_T Thanks for your prompt response. Just let me know when EE mentions that you'll get the product within 28 days, they are clearly giving their word to the user or a customer. But under the laws, if the company is unable to fulfil their obligation or word that they mentioned earlier that they would do, the company can be sued by the consumer for the emotional, financial and mental distress that has been caused due to this false assurance. Just letting you know!
Also, if you are serving on a first come first serve basis, how come it been a month I haven't received the item. Wouldn't that mean you guys are still delivering the product who has preordered even before the month and you would have told them also the same thing that your product will be with you within 28 days?
You have charged me when I preordered the item, You falsified me by telling me that you'll get your product within 28 days because if I would have known this is going to take this long, I would have never preordered the item from EE. You made an assurance with us by telling us that we'll get our product by 28 days just to get us to spend that 30 pounds. By the way that is punishable under the law.
Thanks for the help though!

@burhanbashir Comical stuff. I think they have no clue either but cant risk you moving to another provider so they tell you what you want to her. Now they are saying expect delivery in over 28days with no upper limit. They just need to stop taking orders until they have the units in house. Might be worth calling them to check models they have in stock. When I was waiting for iPhone SB 1tb on chat they would tell me they have iPhone in silver 256 ready to be delivered in two days. Yet I am sure someone on this forum is still waiting for a phone in that configuration. Ended up cancelling the order
I just placed an order for Fold 3 black 256gb yesterday and told expect delivery in over 28 days. Yet I have just received a message from EE saying this model is in stock expect delivery soon. Haha
