Sim not arrived

Hi i ordered a new sim on 16/12/2021 i received a message on 19/12/2021 saying it had been sent out yet i have not received it as of 24/12/2021

@Thecrim22  SIM cards are sent out 2nd class Royal Mail. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

**bleep** i was told it would be with me in 1 to 3 days ive already had a survey asking how my delivery experience was and another telling me that ive yet to activate my new sim.🤣🤣

@Chris_B yeah would have been handy to know that at the time instead of saying it would be here in 1 to 3 days tho
