I recently ordered a Good as New phone for my upcoming contract upgrade, however I haven't had an luck in tracking my order. I've tried visiting a store and calling a helpline however the only other solution they had was to use the live online chat, which doesn't seem to work at all for me. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to receive a Good as New order? I also noticed my plan hasn't changed yet and that my option to upgrade is still available, despite having an order number for the phone I upgraded to.

Was it an upgrade or a new line that you took out with EE?
Did you complete this order online or over the phone with our Sales Team?
Can you let me know which phone you ordered with the size and colour variant? The EE Shop page will let you know the current status of the phone and estimated delivery times.
