Thanks.very helpful
Odd that this scam has apparently been going for 2 years and neither EE or Gameloft have been able to sort it out
One option is to ask EE to ban premium calls from the targeted phone

HiYes charges were made to my ee account
I have asked ee to stop premium calls
Sent e mail to Gameloft who offered a refund but wanted details of my bank, PayPal or Amazon accounts
I asked them to send a cheque. No response!
Will give the phone authority details and will seek ee response on why a third party gained access to my phone
Regards

Hi @bobcat33
Third party services are regulated by the Phonepaid Services Authority (PSA).
If you're not happy with any charges from Gameloft or they haven't offered a satisfactory resolution, I recommend contacting the PSA.
Let us know how you get on.

Dear EE,
I am being charged 3.99 per month by game loft to my EE account. I have never subscribed and neither do I use their service. Pks advise how I can immediate cancel this subscription. Am presently abroad so unable to call customer service. Can it be cancelled via the EE app or email?
Regards,

Hi @Charlie182,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
You can reply to any of the texts you have received from the service provider with STOP to cancel your subscription.
Hope this helps.
James
