Hi there ordered a phone for my mum they took the £30 upfront cost and it’s still pending in my bank. But she keeps getting emails saying to confirm the order and pay £30 again.. when will the £30 that’s pending come back into my bank so we can order again thanks

Hi no I didn’t, as far as I was aware it went through until now the emails are saying complete order

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

If the order has not been cancelled the amount you paid for the phone will still be pending until this is processed and sent out to you or you request to cancel the order. 

 

I would suggest giving us a call on 0800 079 8586 or 150 from an EE Phone, and the team can get the order looked into for you.
