Fttp on fibre 36

I've recently upgraded to fibre 36 from standard and my Internet drops on the regular and kicks everybody off the network. Part of the deal is we get FTTP, if fibre runs thru the street then to our property on the standard line instead of of a new fibre line would that cause a problem with the Internet?

A pic of its label would be more interesting than its logo.
Also please show the router stats from the BT SH when connected to EE BB as the well the form of its BB Username, obscuring any your names in it or any of the digits in it.

@Vicgurt : It wasn't I who asked for router logs. It was @mikeliuk . Let him interpret it. For myself it tells me no more than you've told us in words; that the connection is down & up often.
Which router is that from? I don't seem to recognise it. There are no PPP authentications.
