I've recently upgraded to fibre 36 from standard and my Internet drops on the regular and kicks everybody off the network. Part of the deal is we get FTTP, if fibre runs thru the street then to our property on the standard line instead of of a new fibre line would that cause a problem with the Internet?
Thanks in advance

You need to ask for FTTP when there's a choice between FTTP & FTTC at your premises. If you would just run the BTw Availability Checker I asked in my 1st post we'll soon know.

I don't understand your Q. FTTP is fibre all the way to your premises. With the standard copper line the fibre only goes to the cab. (FTTC). Did you upgrade to the FTTP variant of EE Fibre?
What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number or you don't have one, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.

We had an engineer out today and he told EE he knocked our door twice but my partner was watching him down the street working and he never knocked. I thought he just couldn't be bothered to run a new fibre line direct to the house

Big list of things but at the end it says FTTP not available.
Is FTTP somthing I can ask to be done for me or do I have to wait for open reach to decide

Thanks. As you say no FTTP there. You'll get FTTC (VDSL) with sync speeds up to 40 Meg on EE Fibre 36. No eng need visit your property to install it as you had standard ADSL before.
