Hi my partner took out a new contract with yourselves at the end of August this year. It included a Toshiba 43"Smart 4k ultra HD TV. It keeps turning itself off every twenty minutes. I've tried everything to get it to stop. But I've had no joy. Can you give me contact details who I need to contact please.
