Hello - help please,
My IPhone 5SE O2 (not in contract) developed a major fault so before it died completely (and having EE internet access already) I decided to order the 2020 IPhone SE and get an EE monthly contract. This was on Sunday and incredibly I received the phone on Monday!
It looks fantastic and I have managed to transfer / replicate everything with the bluetooth copy facility but cant use the phone as no SIM!
It said on the packing list there is a SIM but nothing in the package at all so I assumed it would be delivered later but nothing arrived today at all.
I tried to phone numerous contact numbers I found online but cant get to speak to anyone as do not have an EE mobile number to type in - so went round and round in circles on the call system.
Can anyone tell me when I might get the SIM as my current phone is extremely volatile and I need to have it working as my mum is very old, living alone and venerable.
Thank you, xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx

Sorry to hear about this, but unfortunately there is no account access via this public forum.
I'd recommend, if you're able, to call EE C/S from another phone and check what may have happened to your SIM. The contact us page lists alternate numbers, 0800 0798586 would be a free call from any UK phone.

Thanks for coming to the community.
The SIM should have been in the bag with your phone, if you give us a call on 0800 956 6000, you won't need an EE number.
The team will get you a SIM card sent out 🙂
Thanks.
Leanne.

Hello Leanne,
Thank you for replying and offering me another phone number to call. I was in despair today as spent nearly an hour trying different numbers and not being able to speak to anyone as I have no EE mobile number! I've also realised that I have not had a welcome letter either. There was a single sheet advertising services but not an actual letter or anything like that!
Thanks again, Charlie

Thank you for taking the time to reply regarding my issue with an alternative number to the ones that I had - much appreciated.
