SIM card missing

I've just moved from O2 to EE. Received the iPhone but on the invoice it says I should have received a new SIM card and welcome letter. I haven't received the SIM or letter. Does it come separately? I can't call EE because my number hasn't been swapped over yet so they don't recognise my mobile number when I call.

@Frazza   It should of come with the device.  You can call but select a number that is not a option to select as this will put you though to customer services.  It will be seen that your having difficulty’s.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

May I ask was this actually resolved for you as I have had exactly the same issue with my new contract mobile and am getting nowhere with their automated system that keeps demanding a phone number that I have not been given yet!
