Nintendo switch oled delivery

I placed an order on 7th December for a nintendo switch it said 7 days for delivery and the money was taken. I have an order number which does not work on the tracking site. I have not heard anything since. This is a Christmas present and would like to know when I will receive this or am I wasting my time and should rush about finding one from somewhere else

Do we have any more update on the delivery dates, or is a rough estimate only says 14 days now, and I'm still waiting on a delivery date, etc. On mine either, surely should not take deposit until in stock and actually processed??
