Email confirmation of upgrade even after upfront payment was declined

I upgraded my phone yesterday however my upfront payment was declined. Despite this I still got an email and order number confirming my upgrade? Is there anything I need to do?

That might be an automated message. I suggest you call EE on 150 to confirm your order.

Hi, thanks for your reply. The email did give me an order number so wasn’t just any old confirmation... will still call however. Thanks!
