iPhone 13 pro max 256GB

Hi, I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max almost a week ago. At the time I ordered it the status was within 7 days for delivery, the member of staff I spoke with who took my order and payment told me to do next day delivery and said I would get the phone the following day, I paid for next day delivery but I’ve still not received my phone. My tracking is still showing “order code firmed” & “awaiting confirmation” for delivery. Can anyone at EE give me an estimate on when I will receive my phone?

@Deon3366  The iPhone 13 pro max at 256Gb is 14 days to 28 days. The sierra blue is the only one at 14 days.  To date it’s never been 7 days for that storage size.
