Hi can someone please help I was meant to receive my phone Saturday morning as I received a message saying what driver was delivering and had the 1 hour time slot I was in that day no no o e knock I logged into DPD app and it said got refused and is being sent back to ee I have no idea why and havnt been told nothing or been updated can I please find out where my phone is please as I am paying for my new upgrade but have not got the phone

Have you contacted DPD? They may still have your device.

 

If not the you will need to speak to EE CS on 150. Until the device is received back by EE they may not send another device out.
