Email confirmation of upgrade even after upfront payment was declined

I upgraded my phone yesterday however my upfront payment was declined. Despite this I still got an email and order number confirming my upgrade? Is there anything I need to do?

That might be an automated message. I suggest you call EE on 150 to confirm your order.
