Hi I added a ps5 to my plan , paid the £10 upfront cost which was taken from my account almost instantly but have had no confirmation email saying my order was accepted or anything so I'm a little confused how can you take a payment when I have no idea if my order went through or not. And if it didn't I would like a refund. Thanks.

Did mine two days ago and still nothing since email to say thank you for ordering. Took the £10 straight away as well.

 

I havent even had anything , ill be ringing tommorow to see what going on I doubt my order even went through. But doesnt explain them taking the £10.

Hi all,

 

If you've placed an order and haven't had an email, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check it went through for you.

 

DPD will be in touch when your order is ready to be delivered.
