Spoke to the 150 service yesterday about the app not letting me log in, the website lets me login but the app won’t just says wrong username or password. I was told the app is being updated and to try tomorrow. I’ve looked and there’s not been a update to the app and I’ve still got the same problem. Was just wondering when the app is being updated I’m using a iPhone

Hi. It worked for me when I changed my password. Make sure there are no special characters in it such as #?% etc.

Remove any special characters you might have in the password, just read further done some had success doing this. I just changed my password and removed special character and all sorted now, back in app.
EE can you get this message across to all your staff, I have spoken to a few team members over the past few weeks and this was never mentioned as something to try.

Thanks to this community I managed to work out why I couldn't login to the MyEE app but could login on to my browser. You cannot have any special characters (such as: !,/?&) in your password only numbers and letters. I have also phoned up to make EE Technical support aware of this but they stated that it says only to use what they tell you with numbers, letters, uppercase, and lowercase when making the password.
The App needs to be updated to allow for special characters, as nowadays I believe a lot of people tend to use a special character or more in their passwords. Please EE sort this as it plagued me for quite a while until i saw this community thread which sorted it for me.
