Ee app not working

Spoke to the 150 service yesterday about the app not letting me log in, the website lets me login but the app won’t just says wrong username or password. I was told the app is being updated and to try tomorrow. I’ve looked and there’s not been a update to the app and I’ve still got the same problem. Was just wondering when the app is being updated I’m using a iPhone

I’ve done that a few times now that doesn’t solve the issue 

Desktop works fine no issues

Yes going to just wait for the app update

Same issue. Something wrong with the EE app and it’s been like this for a while. 

I keep having exactly the same issue. App doesn’t work. Reinstalled it. Will not phone tech team as from this community train of chat it sounds like that hasn’t solved it for anyone

Hi the app doesn’t work for me - it’s been a few weeks now. 

i called the customer service line, they just said maybe there’s a system issue.  Web works fine. Just the app doesn’t work. 
ive reinstalled the app. Twice.

Not sure that photo uploaded.but it is the EE app saying “there seems to be a problem now” same as other customer screenshots above.
