Spoke to the 150 service yesterday about the app not letting me log in, the website lets me login but the app won’t just says wrong username or password. I was told the app is being updated and to try tomorrow. I’ve looked and there’s not been a update to the app and I’ve still got the same problem. Was just wondering when the app is being updated I’m using a iPhone

I wasn’t aware I’ve just tried logging in though and it’s still got the same problem I can log in on the website but still can’t use the app wrong username or password still coming up

Ok, I can log into EE but when I chose the MY EE mobile manage link I get a ‘sorry, we were unable to complete your request right now. Please try again later’ error
