Spoke to the 150 service yesterday about the app not letting me log in, the website lets me login but the app won’t just says wrong username or password. I was told the app is being updated and to try tomorrow. I’ve looked and there’s not been a update to the app and I’ve still got the same problem. Was just wondering when the app is being updated I’m using a iPhone

you just need to scroll through the 2 pages on this topic I’m sure all will become clear, my app hasn’t worked since the beginning of December, the app is definitely broken and needs an update of some description to fix, don’t ask me what the problem is just read all my posts and other peoples posts

I thought so. I’m not calling customer service per their suggestion as I tried and I’m sure it will be equally unsuccessful and 30mins of my time I can never get back!
Thought I’d see if they had any new suggestions but looks like not.
Yeah, I’ll just give up on the app for now and hope for an update soon.

Can you log into your My EE account online?
Do you get an error message when you log into the My EE app?

Everything works except the app. Reinstalled and changed password. Still the same. I see people had this trouble starting in December.
