Ee app not working

Spoke to the 150 service yesterday about the app not letting me log in, the website lets me login but the app won’t just says wrong username or password. I was told the app is being updated and to try tomorrow. I’ve looked and there’s not been a update to the app and I’ve still got the same problem. Was just wondering when the app is being updated I’m using a iPhone

Just tried posting a screenshot. It just says my email or password is wrong on a pop up window, even though I validated it by logging in to the website.

Could you possibly try changing the password again, with no special characters and trying the app again?

Yes, Winner winner chicken dinner.  Obviously someone has messed up an app update and it doesn't like special characters.  I hope you're going to.... sorry, they're going to fix this security issue?

Has this been resolved yet?

 

I have had the exact same issue for 7 months now.

 

For me, I can log in to EE through any web browser, on my pc, laptop, phone, even my tv.

However, on the app, I get the same message, login info incorrect. 

 

I have also deleted the app, reinstalled it, even gained a new phone in this period and the same issue on the new phone. 

 

I have spoken with all forms of EE support and was told the update a few months ago would fix it, of course, it did not.

 

Any updates on this?
