EE asked me to call them regarding an order however phone lines are shut

So i ordered some headphones online to be added to my bill. I recieved an email today asking for me to ring a phone number regarding the order and that it wont go ahead without them talking to me. The problem is that the number they have given me is closed because of the virus. What can i do? is there another number? if i have to wait id rather cancel and buy from somewhere else.

@Glock87   You can dial 150 and speak with customer services about this.   They are open and are taking calls.  You’ll need to be patient when calling at customer services are extremely busy because of the current situation. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
