Hi,
I signed up as a new customer on Friday 24th April.
I received confirmation of the order and that the SIM was "being sent out - typically arriving in 3-5 days".
It is now Mon 4th May and i still haven't received the SIM but i have received two other letters, one being confirmation of my direct debit setup and the other being the first bill.
How can i track the status of the SIM?

@SquiddyUK You should of had the sim by now, you’ll need to call customer services about this so a replacement SIM card be sent out to you.
