Phone order tracker

Hi, 

I ordered a phone on Friday getting a confirmation email saying it would take 24 hours for the order to be dispatched, but I haven't heard anything since. Is there any way of knowing when to expect it?

I’m having the same issue although I ordered mine on 24th April and still heard nothing at all!

Nothing in junk folder and no communication from dpd. 
it’s still showing as not being dispatched? 
it’s an iPhone 11 128gb green
